Kazaroo acts as a marketplace allowing Airbnb location owners (“Owners”) to offer and sell products and services (“Offerings”) to visitors (“Visitors”) staying at their properties.

By accessing and using Kazaroo Visitors agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Article 3: Owner’s Responsibilities

1. Listing Offerings: Owners are responsible for accurately listing their Offerings, including descriptions, prices, and any other relevant information.
2. Quality and Delivery: Owners are solely responsible for the quality, delivery, and execution of the Offerings. Kazaroo does not guarantee the quality of any products or services listed on the platform.
3. Fee Payment: Owners agree to pay Kazaroo a fee for using the platform to list their Offerings and a fee per sale. This fee structure will be communicated separately and may be subject to changes.

Article 4: Visitor’s Acknowledgment

Visitors acknowledge that:

1. Transactions: All transactions for Offerings are strictly between Kazaroo and the Visitor.
2. No Warranty: Kazaroo makes no warranties regarding the quality, safety, or legality of any Offerings listed on the platform. That is responsibility of the host
3. Complaints and Disputes: Any complaints or disputes regarding Offerings must be resolved directly between the Owner and the Visitor. Kazaroo is responsible for mediating disputes or processing refunds.

Article 5: Limitation of Liability

Kazaroo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from:

1. The use or inability to use the service.
2. Any unauthorized access to or use of our server and/or any personal information stored therein.

Article 6: Changes to Terms

Kazaroo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to periodically review these terms.
